Area of Expertise
- Izzy is one of our current trainees, assisting qualified lawyers on a variety of UK and global clients.
Working Life
- Izzy supports on global compliance for executive and employee share plans, including the provision of advice on global due diligence and securities filings, share plan design and drafting plan documents.
- Izzy is also a member of the Cert. ESP team, providing project management support to the Course Leads each year.
Education
- Studied History at the University of Liverpool
- Completed the GDL and LPC LLM at the University of Law
- Completed Tapestry’s Cert. ESP course in 2023
