• Kerishni is one of our current trainees, assisting qualified lawyers on a variety of UK and global clients.

Working Life

• Kerishni works with our lawyers on all aspects of our client work including global compliance on executive and employee share plans, the provision of advice on global due diligence and securities filings, share plan design and drafting plan documents.

Education

• Law LLB, Sheffield Hallam University
• Completed Tapestry’s Cert. ESP course in 2023
• Currently studying: Legal Practice Course, University of Law
