• Primary focus with global companies, helping them to navigate the various complexities they face when designing, implementing and operating their share plans internationally.

Working Life

• Lorna has been at Tapestry for 10 years and trained at DLA Piper. Lorna has been a Board Director at Tapestry for 4 years, leading on the transition to a fully independent employee-owned law firm.
• Lorna brings her experience as an M&A lawyer to Tapestry, meaning she is able to cut through the complex considerations involved in operating a global plan to be able to offer commercial and practical solutions.
• Lorna is also experienced in implementing overseas tax-qualified plans and advising on UK corporate governance requirements and best practice.
• Lorna is recognised as a Recommended Lawyer by Legal500 and ‘One to Watch’ by Best Lawyers.
• Lorna is a member of the ProShare global focus group.
