Working Life
- Paul has a broad range of experience supporting listed and private companies on their executive and all-employee incentive arrangements. He advises UK and international businesses in relation to the design, implementation and operation of incentives taking into account tax, legal and commercial requirements.
- He has worked with a number of fast growth tech companies in relation to their incentives, helping them compete for talent in a global marketplace and prepare for transactions such as a sale or IPO.
- Paul, who trained and qualified with an international law firm and also spent over 8 years working in the reward practice of PwC, completed an in-house secondment at a FTSE 100 company where he was involved in the roll out of a new incentive plan to a global employee population.
