• Sarah works with clients supporting the design and operation of their UK and global incentive plans.
• Her specialisms include implementing UK tax-advantaged share plans, supporting administrator service provision, and advising pre-IPO businesses. She also works closely with our network of overseas lawyers, providing support for global incentive plans.
• She has many years of experience providing tax and incentives support in the context of mergers, acquisitions and listings and can support clients across a range of employment and corporate transactions.
