Working Life

• Sonia works with both UK and global companies and specialises in global compliance in relation to their executive and employee share plans.
• She provides legal and tax advice to many leading global companies, working closely with our network of overseas lawyers, providing due diligence and implementation support for clients on global incentive plans. This also includes securities filings, share plan design and drafting plan documents. Sonia is particularly experienced in working with global reward teams.
• Sonia is co-lead of the Tapestry Cert. ESP Course.
• Sonia was previously a corporate lawyer, which involved working on corporate transactions.

• Sonia is also a yoga teacher and teaches a regular restorative yoga practice in Knaresborough, North Yorkshire. It is one of Sonia’s passions to help people find a  sense of calm, particularly after a busy week at work or home.
