Working Life
- Steve advises on tax-qualified employee share plans as well as global executive plans, advising on global due diligence and securities filings, share plan design and drafting plan documents.
- Steve qualified as a lawyer after having a career in the British Army as a Commissioned Officer in the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, serving in Iraq, Bosnia and Kosovo. Steve trained at Eversheds and worked there for five years before joining Tapestry.
- Steve leads Tapestry’s Japanese practice.
