Working Life

  • Suzannah has extensive experience advising companies on the introduction and ongoing operation of their share plans and other equity incentive arrangements in the UK and globally, both at executive level and for the wider workforce.
  • She supports companies in the design and implementation of plans to meet tax, legal and governance best practice requirements, whilst maintaining focus on effective communication and alignment with commercial strategy.
  • Suzannah brings experience from her previous consultancy and tax advisory roles in the Big 4 and large international law firms, to work with companies in ensuring compliant operation of plans both in a "business as usual" context as well as through any corporate actions.
  • Suzannah is co-lead of the Tapestry Cert. ESP Course.
  • She is actively involved with the UK Chapter of the Global Equity Organisation, with ProShare as a member of several focus groups, and sits on the Steering Committee of the ESOP Centre.
  • Suzannah is also an employee-nominated Trustee Director of the Tapestry Employee Ownership Trust.

Education

  • MA in Music from Trinity College Cambridge
  • CPE and LPC from the College of Law

  • Suzannah is a trustee of various charities supporting music education - this is something she feels passionately about, do drop her a line if you’d like to discuss!
  • She also finds some time to continue her own music-making, as a member of a local choir and orchestra.
  • Otherwise hobbies include reading (she is an active member of Tapestry’s book club), gardening and family walks in the Yorkshire Dales.
