Working Life
- Tom works with a variety of UK FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies on their incentive plans, with a particular interest in corporate governance considerations.
- Tom also works with a number of multinational clients, including those listed in the US and in Japan, on global compliance for their executive and employee share plans.
- Tom can provide share plan specific legal, tax and regulatory advice across both employment and corporate transactions, including in relation to employee benefit trusts.
- Aside from advising clients, Tom frequently teaches and presents across multiple forums, from the Cert. ESP course and various webinars, to ProShare’s Introduction to Employee Share Ownership and at GEO Conferences in Europe and the US.
